Head IT Applications and Projects
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head IT Applications and Projects to lead our IT function at AA Consultants.
This individual will oversee all aspects of IT operations, infrastructure, and application development while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing scalable IT strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing scalable IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level IT application projects
- Develop and implement effective IT strategies aligned with the companys business objectives
- Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, applications, and support functions
- Ensure efficient functioning of ERP, CRM, and other core business applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and drive implementation
- Lead the IT team, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and innovation
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage IT budgets, timelines, and resource :
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, including team leadership and project oversight
- Strong expertise in IT operations, application lifecycle management, and infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge of IT strategy, enterprise applications, and system integration
- Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or TOGAF are preferred
