IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Vadodara, Gujarat. As a Sales Manager-Cross Sell (SME Loans), you will be responsible for driving the sales of SME loans through cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for SME loans cross-sell and new customer acquisition
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of SME loan applications
- Stay updated with market trends, competition and customer needs to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Retail Banking department
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SME loans or retail banking
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
