Key Responsibility
- Preparation of Standalone/ Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS and MCA Schedule III requirements.
- Preparation of schedules related to Standalone / Consolidated Financial Statements for quarterly reporting requirements.
- Review of departmental provisions for month closure.
- Handling Statutory / Internal audit and resolving queries raised by Statutory and Internal Auditors.
- Conduct Analysis of General Ledgers for MIS preparations and incorporating suggestions wherever required.
- Assisting in providing data to secretarial for various MCA filings.
- Supporting in Tax audit, other regulatory requirements data.
- Supporting in Quarterly certificates like UFCE, QRR filing etc.
Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience.
Experience
- Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Manufacturing industry knowledge is preferable.
- SAP FI Knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of IND AS accounting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge in Advance Excel.
