Role: Product Executive
The Executive (Product Management) manages the development, launch and ongoing evolution of specific products for the organization. He/She supports the development of the product's strategic roadmap with key market research.
He/She manages product feedback and translates it into product requirements for implementation by technical teams. He/She also collaborates with operations teams to understand product operations and scope for improvement.
He/She is required to work with the business, technology and operations teams, and monitor the market for product performance and competitor tracking. He/She needs to have a process-oriented mind set and an eye for detail.

Job Description
- Work as bridge between inside sales and field sales and own qualification of leads created by marketing team.
- Responsible for qualifying leads, generating enquiries, issue budgetary Quotations and hand over opportunities to sales team for closure.
- Responsible for general promotion of all products and services manufactured and marketed by PIPL
- Manage the launch of products or new services in new markets with sales and marketing and technology teams.
- Support product strategy development by conducting research on new technology and market trends in the industry.
- Responsible for coordinating with all concerned departments, within PIPL and at customer locations for service and installation needs.
- Responsible for coordination with all sales personnel across India for providing them appropriate Product and Sales Support.
- Cover allotted business areas and other Indian regions as and where necessary.
- Generate Tender inquiries, attend tender openings and compete Achieve set, allotted and agreed Business Targets Collections of payments
- Collection of 'C' forms Collection of EMD when due.
- Arranging and attending exhibition, seminars, etc. to increase the sales prospects with help of marketing team.
- Planning and Arranging In-house Seminars/Presentations in coordination with marketing team.
- Co-ordination for Support Service-related activities of PIPL Products.
- To provide assistance to customers services and service support as and where necessary.
- Work closely with VP sales and help coordinating with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, production and finance to integrate product strategies and achieve business goals.
