We are looking for a Business Development Director to own and scale our commercial presence in the (REGION). This is a strategic individual contributor role for a proven hunter who knows how to open new markets, build trusted partnerships, and deliver measurable growth fast.

As the face of Nuitée in the (REGION), you will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, from pipeline generation to deal closing, and help define how we win in one of our highest-potential regions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments, knows how to operate independently, and brings energy, credibility, and execution to every conversation.

Job Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on travel, SaaS, marketplaces, or API platforms

  • Proven track record in hunting and closing enterprise or mid-market deals in North America

  • Deep understanding of sales fundamentals: funnel velocity, forecasting, stakeholder mapping, and consultative selling

  • Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and execute in a high-autonomy, low-structure startup environment

  • Strong understanding of API-led products and ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with globally distributed teams

  • Own the full sales cycle: identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and onboard new platform partners

  • Develop and execute a (REGION) GTM strategy, tailored to verticals such as travel platforms, fintechs, SaaS providers, super-apps, and emerging tech

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of API-driven B2B opportunities, with clear metrics on velocity and conversion

  • Position Nuitée as a trusted strategic partner, understanding client needs across product, tech, and commercial layers

  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders, from product teams to C-level executives

  • Champion the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with Product, Supply, Ops, and Onboarding teams to ensure long-term success

  • Contribute market feedback to support product evolution, pricing strategy, and roadmap prioritization
