Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern – Social Media & Brand who will support us in crafting and amplifying Broadway’s voice across digital channels. From social campaigns and reels to community storytelling and trendspotting—you’ll help bring the Broadway vibe to life, one post at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and scheduling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to create engaging visuals, stories, and reels
- Track emerging trends, memes, and cultural moments for timely brand engagement
- Support influencer collaborations, contests, and community campaigns
- Contribute to content ideation for marketing campaigns, store events, and new launches
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and audience insights
- Assist with brand documentation, shoot planning, and storytelling content across categories (beauty, wellness, fashion, etc.)
- A social media native who lives on Instagram, follows trends, and understands internet culture
- Strong interest in brand building, digital storytelling, and visual communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic design/video editing knowledge is a plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Bonus: You love retail, fashion, beauty, or pop culture
- Hands-on experience in building a digital-first brand
- A fast-paced, high-energy environment with creative freedom
