At LexiConn, we’re creating visual learning experiences and marketing creatives — including infographics, eLearning storyboards, pitch decks, and internal communications. This role goes beyond aesthetic design — it’s about clarity, efficiency, and modern storytelling.

The Graphic Designer role is ideal for creative individuals who think in storyboards, moves fast with AI tools, and knows when to simplify or dazzle. If you're tired of manual workflows and already using Canva, Figma, Adobe, Gamma, or AI art tools to bring ideas to life — this role is for you.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design visual storyboards and infographics for L&D content (e.g. financial literacy, onboarding).

  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers and content writers to translate narratives into visual formats.

  • Use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, and AI generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Gamma) to create faster, better outcomes.

  • Work on marketing creatives - social media posts, banners, emailers, client decks, etc.

  • Optimize visual assets for readability, consistency, and learning impact.

  • Stay up-to-date with design + AI trends, and bring that thinking into our workflows.

Ideal Profile:

  • Have used AI tools to accelerate ideation or visualization (e.g., Gamma for presentations, DALL·E for visuals, ChatGPT for prompts). Fluent in Canva and at least one of Figma / Illustrator / Adobe Express.

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio that balances clarity with creativity.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills in various formats (digital and eLearning).

  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Comfortable designing for adult learners, not just for visual appeal but for communication and learning.

  • Able to work with speed - not because you rush, but because you leverage the right tools.

  • Strong layout sense, typography skills, and visual hierarchy understanding.

  • Curious, open to feedback, and a strong team player.

Good to have:

  • Have worked on L&D, BFSI, or internal comms projects before

  • Can write or edit copy to improve visual flow

  • Can turn basic sketches or outlines into polished visuals with minimal supervision

Benefits

  • Flexible hours
  • 5-day working
