Overall responsible for direct tax related compliances including advance tax, Tax Audit Annual Information Return, TP audits, ITR, Filing of various statutory forms & Returns.
Advisory on DTAA/ withholding tax /Form 15CA/CB, TP, PE, SEP, Corporate and Employee related Tax matters.
Assistance in drafting submissions, appeal with grounds and statement of facts, preparation of paper books, scrutiny assessment, stay of demand, release of refund, penalty proceedings, rectification etc.
Impact analysis of law changes and judicial development.
Liaising with Income Tax Authorities/Tax Advisors/Auditors/Internal stake holders.
Working experience in handling Direct Tax compliances and litigation in a large manufacturing company preferably in a listed company.
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.
Candidates should be able to communicate with senior level management positions, confident and self-started and motivated.
