Job Title: High School Coordinator / Vice-Principal for Premium School

Location: Naya Raipur (C.G)

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

• Lead and manage academic programs and activities in the Primary Section.
• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom effectiveness.
• Ensure teaching standards align with school goals.

Teacher Support & Development:

• Guide teachers with planning, assessments, and classroom management.
• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback (minimum twice per teacher monthly).
• Conduct and coordinate professional development sessions.
• Mentor new educators and lead the induction program.

Student Progress & Assessments:

• Monitor academic performance of students through regular assessments.
• Analyze results and ensure timely remedial action is taken.
• Oversee exam preparation, homework policies, and written assessments.

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a link between the teaching team, parents (via SSD), and the Principal.
• Facilitate teamwork, collaboration, and sharing of best practices.
• Ensure effective parent communication as per school procedures.

Administrative Duties:

• Support the Principal in staff management, timetabling, and school planning.
• Coordinate with the Bangalore academic team for curriculum alignment.
• Assist with textbook planning, resource allocation, and equipment management.

School Development:

• Lead monthly and term reviews aligned with the School Development Plan.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of teaching and academic leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment tools
• Experience in working with primary grades preferred
