Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Manage Digital Campaigns - Execute full-funnel digital media plans across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with Creative & Tech Teams - Work with agencies and internal teams for creative development and landing page execution to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate Across Functions - Liaise with business marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to drive lead flow and ensure seamless funnel movement.
- Support Reporting & Insights - Prepare and analyze campaign, lead, and sales funnel reports using Excel and other tools to drive decision-making.
- Manage CRM Processes - Use CRM platforms to extract reports, monitor lead journeys, and flag data gaps or duplication issues.
- Drive Revenue Through Marketing - Contribute actively toward achieving digital-led revenue targets along with digital managers across the zone (~1000 Cr.) by aligning marketing efforts with sales outcomes.
- Bring Real Estate Marketing Expertise - Apply knowledge of the real estate category to tailor digital strategies for high-intent property buyers.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools (like Salesforce, Leadsquared, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with real estate buyer personas and funnel strategies
- Graduate in Marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
- 4+ Years in digital marketing of a real estate company (preferably listed) or with a digital agency of real estate clientele
