Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and develop product roadmaps.
  • Drive the execution of product development sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress against timelines and milestones.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate on features and improve product usability and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in product management best practices.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in travel and B2B product management.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in launching and scaling B2B products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments.
  • Experience in user research, user experience (UX) design, and product testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong focus on user experience and business objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
