Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for market expansion. The role involves conducting market research, managing sales processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Sales
• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to strategize and execute market expansion plans
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of the public washroom automation accessories market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the IT and hospitality sectors is advantageous
