Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks and projects.
