Workyou’ll do
Asapartofthisteam,youwill beinvolvedwith the following:
- Deliveryoftheendtoendprocessessuch as:
- Experiencedhireonboarding,studentonboarding,andassociateonboardingcase management
- Employeescreening;Deloittepersonalfiles audits
- Mailboxmanagement,WorkAllocation,Qualitychecking, Reporting
- Highattentiontodetailiscritical;strongcustomerservicefocus;problemsolvingskills;andthedrivetotakean issue and see it through to resolution.
- SAP(HRsystem)relatedactionsorupdatesarecompletedaccuratelyintimeforpayrolldeadlinesandinline with procedural guidelines.
- DeliverexcellentserviceandensureservicelevelagreementsaremetbysupportingtheAnalystsachievingKPIs and SLAs by monitoring work volumes and escalate potential non achievement to the AssistantManager.
- Provideacustomerfocusedexperiencethroughthetimelyandaccuratecompletionofactivitiesand queries.
- OperateutilisingsoftwaresuchasServiceNowtogivethebestexperienceforournew joiners.
- Excellentcommunicationbothverbalandwritten.Providehighqualitywrittenadviceandguidanceonarange for Onboarding queries.
- Recordandmaintainaccurateactivityinformationtrackingthroughtotimely closure.
- PointofcontactforescalationsofcomplexissuesfromAnalystsintheteam.Escalatemorecomplexqueriesto the Assistant Manager.
- Ensureworkisappropriatelydistributedandcompletedwithintheteamaccuratelyandinatimelymanner, including data integrity/maintenance within the case management system.
- Identifyopportunitiesforprocess/efficiencyimprovementandworkonthemwiththeAssistant Manager.
- Workallocationbasedonpriority,peerchecking/qualityaudittobedoneforalltransactionsprocessedbythe team on a daily basis, the findings to be shared with theLead.
- TakeresponsibilityforkeepinguptodatewithDeloitteHRpolicyandprocess developments.
- Liaisonwithotherteamsas appropriate.
- EnsurecompliancewithQRSfirstlineofdefenceactivitiesandappropriateDataProtectionlegislationatall times.
Required:
- AnyGraduatedegreewith4-6yearsofHRS/relevantwork experience
- HRadministration experience
- ExperienceofthecoreMicrosoftOfficepackage Preferred:
- Technical–KnowledgeofSAPorotherHR systems
