Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and managing inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Process patient registration, verify insurance information, and collect payments as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information.
  • Assist in managing patient flow within the hospital, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal service delivery.

Qualification

  • Any

Experience : 1 year or more in front office management or customer service, ideally in a healthcare or hospitality environment.
