Skills: Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • At least 6 years of system engineering experience in Windows servers administration and Linux server administration.
  • At least 3 years of Microsoft Operating Systems experience
  • At least 3 years of Oracle Enterprise Linux work experience
  • Knowledge in ITIL framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and Windows systems
  • At least 3 years of project management/implementation work experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with task management utilities

Expectations:

  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
  • Willing to work on different technologies as needed
  • Willing to take up oncall support 24/7 or 12/7 as needed
  • Participate in weekly client calls.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team as and when needed
