Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in lead generation, preparing quotations, and maintaining client relationships. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the internal team, supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & cold calling:

Identify potential customers and conduct outbound cold calls.

Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.

Maintain a database of prospects and update regularly.

  • Quotation preparation:

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team.

Prepare accurate and timely quotations.

Follow up on quotations sent to clients.

  • Client relationship management:

Serve as a point of contact for existing clients regarding queries, follow-ups, and service coordination.

Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.

  • Sales coordination & reporting:

Assist in order processing and documentation.

Maintain records of interactions and sales support activities.

Generate weekly/monthly reports as required by the sales team.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (commerce/marketing preferred).

1 year of experience in sales coordination or support roles.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
