Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and mentorship to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that align with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver technical and functional solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. This is an exciting opportunity that will test your consulting skills, critical thinking, leadership, and technical skills to remain focused and follow-through on plans. You won’t be alone; we will provide the tools, raw data, training, mentor and people resources to help you be successful.

Detailed Responsibilities
Very strong lead who can Provide People/Functional/Technical Leadership
Provide Solution for customizations/integration
Customers and peers interactions across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
Gather functional/technical requirements
Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels
Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the standard methodologies
Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution
Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence
Design and implement robust systems and processes, running an efficient and organized operation
Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data, or in dealing with complex situations
Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements
Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis
Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures
Work with a good sense of urgency towards getting the job done
Picking new areas/product feature/technologies evolving in Oracle Cloud
Detailed Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or master's in computer application
6+ years of work IT experience in at least 2 of the following products Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua, Responsys), Oracle Engagement Cloud, Oracle B2C Service Cloud, OFSC, OPA, Oracle Subscription Management Cloud/Service Logistics Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA.
Knowledge of EBS or Siebel or Fusion ERP/HCM an added advantage
Strong knowledge in at least 2 industries preferred
Strong pre-sales knowledge.
Should be able to liase with the different groups (support, development and so on)
Excellent Client handling skills
Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, user documentation
