We're Hiring: City Head/City CEO – SCM & Ops (Bangalore)

At FirstClub, we’re not just delivering orders—we’re building India’s most loved premium Q-commerce brand. We’re now looking for a City Head/City CEO – Supply Chain & Ops, someone who can own the end-to-end game for dark store operations, scale ops across geographies, and build high-performing teams from scratch.

What you’ll do:

• Own city-level operations with full responsibility for performance and efficiency.
• Lead all aspects of supply chain across warehousing, inventory, last-mile, and order fulfilment.
• Launch and scale dark stores across new locations and establish strong operating processes.
• Hire, mentor, and manage on-ground teams, driving a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
• Drive exponential order volume growth while improving operational costs and service levels.
• Be a strategic partner to the founders to replicate and scale successful city models across regions.

What you’ll need:

• Deep experience in end-to-end supply chain and ops, ideally from high-growth Q-commerce or e-commerce companies.
• Proven ability to scale operations across multiple cities and set up stores or fulfillment centers from scratch.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
• A high ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, distributed teams.
