The team you will be a part of
The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
This Role In Summary
Experience - 5-9 yrs relevant experience in Refrigeration cooling system.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS- Graduate/Post Graduate In Mechanical/Thermal Engineering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead & own Subsystem level projects in Cooling domain.

This Role In Summary
Experience - 5-9 yrs relevant experience in Refrigeration cooling system.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS- Graduate/Post Graduate In Mechanical/Thermal Engineering.
- Design & Development of Cooling subsystem for Refrigeration Platforms.
- Collaboration with various functions to design & execute the cooling projects.
- Collaboration with EES functions to ensure Software parameters of refrigerators meets products requirements (Compressor,Fan, Dampers etc)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead & own Subsystem level projects in Cooling domain.
- Having good knowledge on heat load, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics & performance testing.
- Must understand the product, its functionality & product development process thoroughly
- Design & development of sealed system components, Knowledge on DFMEA, PFMEA and Root cause analysis required.
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders in design reviews and technical forums.
- Shall have skill in selecting critical components like Compressor, Condenser, Fan Motor to achieve required cooling performance.
- Strong knowledge on India Energy regulations,standards and requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot both at design level and at field in the event of any failures in the product
- Able to identify clearly all the SW Parameter and Variables in flash map of refrigerators
- Early Identification of SW Parameter and Variables needed for the Test and get it from SW Developers and System Architect
- Able to identify/simulate changes in software parameters on product level/test jig
- Work with EES team to provide inputs on software/hardware changes to meet product specifications
Technical skills
- Strong communication skills, leading the mega projects
- Experienced in strategic planning and deployment
- Systematic problem solving approach (Preferred six sigma trained/certified)
- Airflow optimization , sealed system design & development skills
