Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Customer Interactions.
  • Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets.
  • Calling out to the right on-call engineering team.
  • Email Communication.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.

Requirements

  • Should be comfortable in flexible shifts.
  • Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette.
  • Spoken and written English are a must.
