This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer cutting-edge AI automations that elevate productivity across diverse business environments, focusing on creating solutions that are both innovative and enterprise-ready
- Push boundaries with next-generation AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating and evaluating these tools to maximize their business value
- Architect and optimize AI implementations across AWS infrastructure, ensuring our solutions deliver exceptional performance while maintaining scalability
- Writing conventional code from scratch—our approach leverages AI to handle programming fundamentals, allowing you to focus on strategic innovation and problem-solving
- Engaging in monotonous work cycles—each challenge you'll tackle presents unique complexities that demand creative thinking and novel approaches

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who view AI as merely an enhancement to traditional coding rather than the primary solution pathway should not apply)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant technical roles
- Strong Python programming capabilities and comprehensive AWS knowledge
- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI development tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
- Proven track record of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Extensive experience interfacing with various LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) via their APIs to address complex business challenges
