Collaborate with project team to review and finalize the technical specifications of the powerhouse.
Oversee the entire construction process, from excavation and foundation laying to structural assembly and equipment installation
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the approved designs, technical specifications, and engineering best practices.
Prepare and submit necessary reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory. Provide engineering support to modify construction methods as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
Create and update project schedules to ensure milestones are met on time.
Perform inspections and tests to verify that all systems are installed correctly and function as expected.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover and start-up process.
Implement safety & quality protocols and ensure all personnel follow site safety guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries.
Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
Address any issues that arise during construction, working to minimize delays.
