- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI customers to increase their engagement and cross-sell banking products and services
- Conduct regular meetings with NRI clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- Keep updated on the latest market trends and products to provide accurate and timely information to NRI clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling NRI banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience
- Represent IDFC FIRST Bank at various events and seminars to promote our NRI banking products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
