Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the NRI customer base in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for acquiring new NRI customers, cross-selling banking products and services, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new NRI customers through various channels such as referrals, events, and digital marketing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI customers to increase their engagement and cross-sell banking products and services
  • Conduct regular meetings with NRI clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Keep updated on the latest market trends and products to provide accurate and timely information to NRI clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling NRI banking products and services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience
  • Represent IDFC FIRST Bank at various events and seminars to promote our NRI banking products and services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of NRI banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
