Job Description

Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. Participate in the candidate selection process. Plan and execute recruitment events. Start to develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. Schedule, plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates and managers. Complete data entry within multiple software tools including but not limited to, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, and other required tools. Create and provide reports on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires and activity to recruiting management, operations and Lines of Business. Assist in the development of collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Recruiting role or related role with an outreach focus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Ability to travel as needed. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, computer, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Proficiency with internal and external recruiting tools. Ability to target and recruit passive candidates. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
