Junior Python Developer _Immediate _Pune/Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Junior Python Developer with over 1+ years of experience in building complex, scalable applications and developing projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, deep expertise in Python, and hands-on experience in full-cycle software development, from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications and services.
• Build and maintain complex systems and architecture for scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development of projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design features, and deliver robust technical solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in coding and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in building projects from scratch and handling complete software development life cycles.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns .
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , asynchronous programming , and database integration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django , Flask , or FastAPI .
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git ).
• Experience with unit testing , integration testing , and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
