We are a reputed interior design and execution firm based in Mumbai, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams for timely execution.
• Maintain and monitor project timelines, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies in execution.
• Ensure availability and timely delivery of materials at the site.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
• Take measurements and verify accuracy with design layouts and drawings.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the project manager or senior management.
  
  

Job Expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience working as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out firms.
• Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, electricals, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering preferred.
