Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Meerut. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for new sales associates. They will also be involved in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our services and products effectively.

The role will be responsible for:

Educating IHBs about how Easy Build simplifies the home-building process by offering a comprehensive range of quality products and services under one roof.

· Inviting and guiding potential customers to our newly launched Experience Center at Railway Road, Meerut.

· Leading them through an informative, awareness-based journey at the Center—including the use of cutting-edge Metaverse technology that enables immersive decision-making for their home projects.


This role provides hands-on exposure to consumer engagement, sales enablement, and digital customer experience. We prefer local candidates with a two-wheeler, as the role involves field outreach and familiarity with the local area is a key advantage.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Strategy execution
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage Sales & Marketing campaigns
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the building materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
