Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation:
End-to-End Implementation:
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP).
- Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and workflows.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors SPCDP modules, including performance templates, goal plans, development goals, and competency frameworks.
- Ensure seamless integration between performance management and career development processes to support talent growth and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business strategies.
- Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and provide training and support to end-users during and & Insights :
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance trends and development progress.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements or new features to optimize talent Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in SPCDP (Succession Planning + CDP).
- Strong configuration knowledge of PMGM and CDP modules.
- Solid understanding of talent management processes and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
