Location: Chennai, South Branch
Job Description:
The Branch HR Executive will work closely with the Branch Sales team & Branch HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsible for overall Human Resources activities and supporting the business strategy in the location by translating and implementing it through HR action. Contributes to the development of a performance driven culture in the organisation by driving people in order to improve quality of their performance and to meet the Company’s objectives as a whole

Contributes to the development of a performance driven culture in the organisation by driving people in order to improve quality of their performance and to meet the Company’s objectives as a whole
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Leadership: Understand the strategic goals of the sales department and align the HR Actions to meet the end goal
- Talent Management: Partner with the Branch Sales leadership and HR Manager and manage complete end to end HR Process , right from Recruitment, Onboarding & exit management. This includes conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding, and implementing training programs, conducting exit interviews. To manage complete Campus hiring process along with employee movements.
- Performance Management: Implementation of the Performance Management System and ensuring the same in timelines, eg: Goal Setting, Performance reviews etc
- Employee Relations: Manage the HR Statutory Compliances as per the define labour laws and handle employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and adherence to company policies.
- HR Projects: Driving new HR projects for improvement in current processes or achieving the aligned goals
- At least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partnering Experience
- Experience in FMCG or Similar Industry
