Boards Faculty Hiring (Class 11th and 12th)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with board exam syllabi.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools.
• Clarify concepts and solve student doubts with clarity and patience.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain academic records and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• Prior teaching experience (Board-level preferred).
• Strong command over the subject and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital teaching tools or smart classroom technology.
• Familiarity with CBSE/State Board exam patterns and marking schemes.
