Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned university and institutional clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of our technology solutions, digitization services, and ERP systems
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve product offerings
  • Analyze client usage data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Create and deliver training materials and sessions for clients
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
