The Head – Marketing & Communications will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for EduTech, driving brand positioning, digital outreach, and internal/external communications. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capability to manage integrated marketing efforts across platforms, with a focus on content effectiveness, website presence, LMS positioning, and digital campaigns to support sales and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • 9–14 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, preferably with exposure to EdTech, technology, or services sectors
  • Proven experience in leading digital-first marketing teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Positioning: Own and refine the brand narrative and communication tone across platforms including website, LMS, and brochures
  • Digital Marketing: Lead SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media outreach, and marketing automation initiatives to increase visibility and lead generation
  • Content Oversight: Review and guide development of impactful content aligned to target audiences—academic institutions, students, and internal stakeholders
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns
  • Analytics & ROI: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize marketing ROI
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small marketing and design team, agency relationships, and freelancers to ensure quality output and timely delivery
