Job Summary

BlitzenX is seeking a high-ownership Data Entry Executive to drive accuracy and speed across our Sales and Recruitment systems. This isn’t a “heads-down data” role. You’ll be central to two mission-critical pipelines — helping Sales get to the right buyers faster and keeping our ATS battle-ready for high-velocity recruiting. If you obsess over clean records, cringe at duplicates, and can spot mismatches in a 10K-row Excel sheet, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations (60%)

Research, verify, and enrich contact details of key decision-makers across P&C, Life, and Health insurance verticals using tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Maintain CRM hygiene by eliminating duplicate leads, validating contact hierarchies, and tagging by sales stage, territory, and portfolio.

Work with Sales, Portfolio Heads, and Marketing to prepare ICP-aligned lead lists for campaigns, prospecting, and outreach cadences.

Perform weekly audits of sales contact data for completeness, accuracy, and conversion-readiness.

Track and log all enrichment cycles with auditability and process discipline.

Recruitment Operations (40%)

Own the cleanliness of JobDiva and associated recruitment records — merge duplicate candidates, align job-to-resume mappings, and ensure role/candidate tagging is accurate.

Monitor open jobs and candidate pipelines to identify stale records, erroneous stage mappings, or missing metadata.

Enforce tagging rules for source tracking (referral, direct, agency), skills, certifications, and location mapping.

Work closely with TA leads to support high-priority hiring sprints by proactively cleaning and prepping candidate pools.

Maintain ATS dashboards and logs that inform hiring analytics and leadership reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or ATS data operations, preferably in IT Services or Staffing environments.
  • Strong command of Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo for sales data research and enrichment.
  • Practical knowledge of JobDiva, Bullhorn, or equivalent ATS tools — especially for deduplication, tagging, and pipeline QA.
  • Excel/Google Sheets power user: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, nested conditionals, filters, conditional formatting, and de-dupe logic.
  • Strong documentation mindset with the ability to build repeatable SOPs and maintain field audit trails.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high-volume data sets under tight SLAs while maintaining 99%+ accuracy.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Talent, and Operations and push back when specs are misaligned or incomplete.
