What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst Program Management, you will contribute towards monitoring, setting up of campaigns in WMC Owned and Operated platforms to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. You will contribute and perform dive deep into campaign troubleshooting insights to ensure ads are rendering as intended as well as to prevent bad customer experience by displaying right ads to the audience. Understand all the client’s goals and objectives and ensure campaigns are setup to achieve these goals. Be the subject matter experts in ad serving platform/tools and work to continually optimize the platform usage and provide up to date best practices.

Co-Planning and Organizing:

Program Managers are responsible for collaborate & review comprehensive plan prepared by Onshore PgMs – Which includes defining objectives, identifying resources, and establishing timelines for any new program/initiative which are part of Operational launch readiness.

Major scope of the role includes cascading communications down the line teams to ensure operational readiness from team’s perspective are fully met.

Stakeholder Management:

Program Managers need to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Internal team partners, in-country associates/leads/managers, and senior management, to ensure everyone is aligned and informed about the program's progress (Status quo).

Get into operational rigor of publishing reports at consistent intervals to ensure communication is clearly established

Cost Management:

Onshore Program Managers are responsible for managing the program's budget, including tracking HC cost factors, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring operational cost expenses/efficiencies are met through the program. IDC and MXC PMs are responsible to partner with in-country site leaders and share the cost factor inputs to onshore teams and help manage vendor relations

Risk Management/Assessment:

Program Managers need to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the program - Includes monitoring and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise during program execution.

Timely observations should be offered to Onshore PMs to ensure holistic communications around such aspects are shared on time (to avoid any last minute operational bottle necks)

Team Leadership:

Managers (in collaboration with onshore PM) lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring that team members have the necessary resources and support to successfully execute the program - Includes assigning tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts/active follow-up [#Ownership]

Performance Monitoring & Communications/Reporting:

Program Managers are responsible for ensuring effective communication & monitoring the program's progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on the program's achievements to stakeholders & onshore PM lead. Program Managers ensure that the program delivers high-quality results by implementing quality assurance processes, conducting regular reviews, and implementing governance & improvements whenever necessary.

Change Management:

Program Managers need to navigate and manage changes that occur during the program's lifecycle, including changes in scope, requirements, or resources. This includes assessing the impact of changes, communicating them to stakeholders, and adapting the program accordingly.

Continuous improvement:

Program Managers continuously evaluate the program's performance and identify areas for improvement to eliminate operational inefficiencies. They implement lessons learned from previous programs, seek feedback from stakeholders, and make adjustments to enhance future program outcomes.
