Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles. They will make high-volume calls (up to 100 per day) to potential candidates, maintain databases, coordinate interviews, and assist with job postings. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles
• Make up to 100 calls per day to potential candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Handle end-to-end frontline communication with candidates across email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Resolve candidates queries and issues independently
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex candidates issues
