This Position Reports To

Sales Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Delhi NCR region, India.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

  • Coverage of Govt Dept, End Users, Builders, Industry Customers, Electrical Consultants and utility End Users & influences in the area of operation within assign territory.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
  • Define and implement the strategy for the Technical Promotion segment and explore new opportunities in the segment to drive aggressive growth targets.
  • Need to give Planning, Forecasting to Sales Teams and Strategy to drive the business.
  • Need to do prescription activities in assign customer like consultant, End Users, Architect

Qualifications For The Role

  • Min 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in LV Switchgear.
  • Knowledge of SFDC & CRM Tools
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • B.E. / B. Tech Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics.
  • Full Time regular employment
  • Extensive travel required for meeting customers.
