Job Description

  • Able to manage entire process in assembly (Sub assembly to Final PDI clearance)
  • Develop and implement SOP and testing Procedures
  • Able to conduct process audit and validation for In house process
  • Monitor and analyze key assembly related issues and take corrective actions.
  • Reducing the line rejection and customer complaints related to assembly process
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of all aspects
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Create and distribute monthly assembly related quality reports
  • Experience on 8D Step (or) QC story of Problem solving
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001: 2015 Requirements

Skills Required

  • 4-5 Years of experience in assembly quality department in any manufacturing industry
  • Problem solving techniques (Kaizen, QC Story, 8D)
  • SOP, Control Plan
  • SAP QM Knowledge
  • ISO 9001: 2015 Requirements
  • MS-office Advance level
  • Need to be worked in Heavy equipment
  • industry (OR) Tier 01 supplier to automobile industry
