Key Responsibilities
- Ensure doctor attendance is recorded a,nd coordinate with telesales for patient appointments
- Facilitate investigations and ensure reports are provided to patients and doctors for OPD cases
- Manage OPD billing, cross-consultations, and financial counselling
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper handover
- Make reminder calls, assist with admissions, and coordinate investigations and other services to enhance patient care
- Reschedule patient appointments as needed and manage vouchers
- Maintain cleanliness and order in reception, diagnostic areas, patient toilets, counselling room, doctors’ rooms, and procedure rooms
- Ensure proper setup and upkeep of tables, systems, aides, cots, and chairs in all relevant areas
- Oversee pthe reparation and issuance of certificates, MLCs, and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Coordinate health check-ups, PAC, and prepare patients for surgeries or admissions
- Maintain adequate stationery supplies and ensure availability of doctor directories, service directories, name boards, visiting cards, and AV aids
- Make pre-admission preparation calls and assist with the admission process
- Document doctor timings, manage patient flow, welcome patients and attendants, and ensure seating arrangements in the OPD area
