- Leadthecoordinationandschedulingofinterviewsforexperiencedhiresacrossglobal locations and time zones.
- Managelogisticsforvirtual interviews,includingcalendarmanagementandcandidate communications.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Collectandstoreinterviewfeedback inaccordancewith documentationcomplianceand privacy regulations.
- Requisition Management:
- Sendindividual“posting request”emailstorecruiters across multiplegeographiesandfollow up to ensuretimely responses.
- Accuratelytranscribereturnedmember firmpostingdata intoSuccessFactors(SF)tomaintain up-to-dateand compliant job posting records.
- Sourcing/Socialization:
- Candidate pipelining.
- Draft socialmediapoststosocializeacrossRecruiterandHiringManager networks.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Buildandmaintainstrong working relationshipswith recruiters,hiring managers,andbusiness leaders across geographies.
- Actasatrustedadvisor,providinginsightsandrecommendationstoimprovetheinterviewand hiring process.
- DataManagement& Reporting:
- Ensureaccuracy andcompletenessof candidate records in Applicant TrackingSystems (e.g., SuccessFactors,Avature, etc.).
- Analyzedata andgenerate regular andadhocreports totrackprocess efficiency, candidate status,and key metrics.
- Ensurecompliancewithdataprivacyanddocumentation standards.
- Upload andmanage candidatedocumentsincompliancewith naming conventions anddata privacy standards.
- ProcessImprovement&Best Practices:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
- Leadorparticipateinprojectstoimplementprocessimprovements,automation,ornew tools.
- Sharebestpracticesandsupporttheadoptionofnewprocedureswithinthe team.
- Compliance&Quality Assurance:
- Ensureallactivitiesadheretointernalpolicies,SLAs,andapplicable regulations.
- Conductqualitychecksondeliverablestomaintainhigh standards.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Takeonadditionaltasksandprojectsassignedbyteamleadsor managers.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinany discipline.
- 3–4yearsofexperienceinHRcoordination,recruitmentoperations,orasimilartalentacquisitionrole, preferablyin a multinationalenvironment.
- Provenexperience managing complex interview schedulingandcandidatelogistics (virtual andin- person)across multipletime zones.
- AdvancedproficiencywithApplicantTrackingSystems(e.g., SuccessFactors,Taleo,SAP, Avature).
- StrongMSOfficeskills(Excel,PowerPoint,Word, Outlook).
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and follow-through abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior stakeholders and candidates.
