Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from international markets.
- Pitch our IT services to potential clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from outreach to closing deals
- Prepare proposals and business documents based on client needs
- Maintain regular follow-ups and client communication
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and email campaigns for lead generation
- Maintain CRM records and report sales performance to the management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BDE or International Sales for IT services
- Strong understanding of digital services and sales strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
- Confident, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
- Understanding of web and software development processes
- Exposure to international time zones and client communication
