    • Ensure new product success by doing proper launch in each and every HQ.
    • Ensure total compliance to the Product Launch SOP.
    • Analysing and identifying problem areas and key issues HQ wise and territory wise and giving solution for effective results.
    • Proper Management of outstanding by ensuring timely collection.
    • Ensuring the success of new product launch in the state.
    • Vacant territory management.
    • Keeping discipline in the team.
