Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring process, from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates.
- Engage active and passive talent through sourcing, referrals, and digital tools.
- Conduct structured interviews and screenings aligned with role criteria.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Provide insights on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarks.
- Share regular updates and feedback with stakeholders and candidates.
- Data and Insights
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Share reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisions.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and hiring impact.
- 4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functions
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritization
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Interest in continuous learning and personal development
