Business System Analyst - IT

The “System Analyst” will be based in Coimbatore, reporting to Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with business clients on a granular level and work through difficult business issues.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills, and developing strong client and vendor relationships.
• Experience in managing projects using Agile methodology.
• Define the outcome for sprints and releases and prioritizes the initiatives for the scrum teams.
• Strong capabilities in defining, creating, and managing high quality user stories.
• Conduct sprint planning meetings, scrum, sprint demos and retrospective meetings with onshore and offshore teams.
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience in performing detailed data analysis, including ability to create, run, and modify SQL queries to pull data from source databases for data analysis and mapping activities.
• This role is aligned to be working closely customers and the implementation team. So, having excellent communication skills is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of best practice.
• Should understand quickly about company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and service.
