Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager for our Lucknow operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing B2B relationships with architects, interior designers, and key clients. This role involves order management, sales target achievement, and delivering exceptional client service to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers.
  • Order Handling: Oversee daily client orders and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and convert upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiation: Lead effective deal discussions that align with both client needs and business goals.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely support and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Share regular reports on sales performance and client insights.


Requirements

  • 2–7 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, or building materials
  • Hands-on experience working with architects, interior designers, or related professionals
  • Strong communication in English and Hindi
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships
  • Sales-focused, self-motivated, and reliable
