Key Responsibilities

  • Profile Management
  • Maintain and optimize company/freelancer profiles with relevant skills, case studies, and client feedback.
  • Keep portfolios updated with recent work and services offered.
  • Job Hunting
  • Search daily for relevant jobs or project opportunities.
  • Filter and target jobs based on service offerings, budget, timeline, and client history.
  • Proposal Writing
  • Draft customized, compelling proposals tailored to the client’s project needs.
  • Communicate the requirement, proposed approach, timeline, and pricing.
  • Avoid generic bids—focus on value and differentiation.
  • Client Communication
  • Promptly respond to client messages or invites.
  • Handle pre-sales communication, answer questions, and schedule meetings if needed.
  • Negotiation & Closure
  • Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing where appropriate.
  • Close deals and hand over to the delivery/technical team.
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain a tracker for submitted bids, responses, wins/losses, and reasons for rejection.
  • Share weekly/monthly bidding performance reports.
