Key Responsibilities
- Profile Management
- Maintain and optimize company/freelancer profiles with relevant skills, case studies, and client feedback.
- Keep portfolios updated with recent work and services offered.
- Job Hunting
- Search daily for relevant jobs or project opportunities.
- Filter and target jobs based on service offerings, budget, timeline, and client history.
- Proposal Writing
- Draft customized, compelling proposals tailored to the client’s project needs.
- Communicate the requirement, proposed approach, timeline, and pricing.
- Avoid generic bids—focus on value and differentiation.
- Client Communication
- Promptly respond to client messages or invites.
- Handle pre-sales communication, answer questions, and schedule meetings if needed.
- Negotiation & Closure
- Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing where appropriate.
- Close deals and hand over to the delivery/technical team.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a tracker for submitted bids, responses, wins/losses, and reasons for rejection.
- Share weekly/monthly bidding performance reports.
