People Operations Associate (Remote)

At Nuclei, we're building a people-first workplace. We're looking for a People Ops Associate who thrives on human connection, can drive seamless processes behind the scenes, and represents the company with clarity and warmth—both internally and externally.

What will you be doing?

• Be the face of Nuclei for candidates, partners, and employees across various touchpoints
• Coordinate across hiring, onboarding, vendor relationships, and day-to-day people ops tasks
• Drive structured communication—whether drafting thoughtful messages or navigating sensitive conversations
• Work closely with hiring managers and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Contribute to a high-trust, high-performance work culture by owning systems and solving for people's needs
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related role in a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and tuned to context
• Strong interpersonal instincts—you know when to listen, when to ask, and how to build trust
• Comfortable handling both internal operations and external-facing interactions
• A proactive approach with a willingness to work across functions and flex with evolving needs
