The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions and will bring strong expertise in tracking and analysing hiring metrics and recruitment reports to optimize strategies.

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions and will bring strong expertise in tracking and analysing hiring metrics and recruitment reports to optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
- Track, analyse, and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and recruitment reports to support data-driven decision making.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support talent marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Freshteam.
- Proven ability to build and track recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skill
