Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Support professional based in Madurai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, with a focus on hardware networking, laptop and desktop configuration, and CCTV systems.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in hardware networking (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience in configuring laptops and desktops (Mandatory skill), providing quick and effective solutions to end-users.
  • Expertise in managing and maintaining CCTV systems (Mandatory skill) to ensure security and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with scanners, able to install and maintain to ensure optimal performance in day-to-day operations.
  • Knowledge of printers and their maintenance to handle print-related issues and ensure productivity.
  • Understanding of biometric systems, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and vendors for successful IT operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware networking, laptop/desktop configurations, and CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal service disruption.
  • Install and configure scanners, printers, and biometrics, ensuring seamless functionality and user support.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system functionality and streamline IT processes.
  • Maintain documentation and reports on IT activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance IT service delivery.
  • Support the IT team in various projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
