Summary Of Role

The (Executive HR) will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, Assisting in HR Operations like Performance Management System, Employee Assistance Program, onboarding and check-ins and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) and reviewing resumes/applications.
  • Interviewing and Evaluating: Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Negotiating job offers and ensuring candidates are properly onboard.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire) and providing insights into recruitment effectiveness.
  • Operations: Working closely with Manager HR in Performance Management, Employees regular Check ins, HR Initiatives programs, Employee Assistance Program.

Qualification And Experience

  • Should possess a graduate or post graduate degree in any stream.
  • At least 3- 4 years of experience in a similar role of handling recruitment.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially working with Microsoft Excel and database management.
  • Excellent verbal and Written Communication (Both English and Hindi)
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders.
